Tavern owner who also works as a clockmaker for bombs, arrives after eight o’clock, is threatened by The Villain. Malcolm, a clockmaker and Trystan's brother, confronts Trystan in the tavern, reveals past violent incidents, and suggests moving to a private area through the kitchen. Malcolm reveals he is the Villain's brother, admits selling a clock attached to an explosive, and notes glowing blue ink on his fingernails from the clock.
