No. Monthly book units reset at the end of each cycle.

What happens if processing fails?

Reserved book units are refunded when a processing job fails.

What happens if I cancel a running book summary?

Book processing cancellations are refunded through 50% progress. After 50%, the reserved book units are consumed.
