Krogstad

Krogstad is a bank employee with a criminal past who threatens Nora over a secret loan. Krogstad threatens to expose Nora’s illegal loan unless Torvald reinstates him, and he seeks a higher position at the bank. Krogstad threatens to expose Nora's forged loan, later retrieves the letter, and destroys the bond after Helmer reads it.
