Otto Warsen offers to craft a guvre collar, mentions his previous dragon‑collar commission, sets a price, and shows off a white dagger that once cut Evie. Otto's wrist is broken by the Villain and he discusses the lethal scar on Evie's shoulder. Griffin Sage accepted a proposition from Otto Warsen involving sexual favors for extra money. Revealed to have assaulted Nura Sage in the past. Otto attempts to kill Evie under the king's orders, but is slain by her with a dagger. Otto Warsen is found dead, his head displayed in the manor.
